Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar
These are some of the photos taken during a visit to the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar located in the town of Bagac, province of Bataan. Driving by car would take you there in about three hours via the connecting roads of North Luzon Expressway or NLEx and the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway or SCTEx.

This makes me wish I have all those millions just to do this, Chito. Rescue all the old houses and place them somewhere safe.
ReplyDeleteI wish I can visit this place sometime soon. I've read so much about it. Kainggit naman kayo!
Madali lang itong puntahan, Lou. And you can also opt to stay there overnight if you want to. The owner/s of the place is really into "rescuing" and preserving old/historical houses.
ReplyDeletecobbled stone streets din ba?
ReplyDeleteWow!
ReplyDeleteDo a Fred Astaire "I'm Singing in the Rain"
ReplyDeleteWhat are lacking are foliage: huge acacia trees or errant aratiles trees here or there.
ReplyDeletedapat yata mga tao, kahit bisita, naka baro't saya or some oldish outfit
ReplyDeleteKwentuhang multo na?
ReplyDeleteYup. Just like the ones in Vigan.
Yung mga performers were also "dancing in the rain."
ReplyDeletemagayon padi - that's what you call retired. hahahahaha.
ReplyDeletebelated happy new to you and your family.
Wow ang ganda!!!! My province is Zambales so I know some houses like this in San Antonio. Sadly, they're all gone after the pinatubo eruption.
ReplyDeleteang ganda!
ReplyDeleteoooh..old buildings!
ReplyDeleteayan..nakita na ang photographer...
